Situation

FAVTrip utilizes an Al platform t o optimize inventory management and ordering based on their sales data. However, they were running out of stock on various products, including 24/7 Red cigarettes and Zyn nicotine pouches. Opportunities t o increase revenue from these items was not picked up by the inventory management platform, and they risked losing customers t o other stores with the desired products.
